Chip has been studying, practicing and teaching Project Management and related business management classes for years in the context of the construction and the architectural/engineering space/built environment. Chip has taught general business management classes at Ohio Valley University and Project Management Professional Certification Courses through Washington State Community College and within his own organizations. He also teaches the LEED AP BD&C Prep course. Additionally, Chip provides talks and lectures about renewable energy, sustainable construction and solar PV design to elementary, high school and college students as well as talks on the effects of his mission trips, mostly to non-profit organizations.
Chip’s most recently published article was in Electrical Construction & Maintenance magazine and is talks about the role and importance of project schedule management and coordination to the contractor in managing the flow and profitability of a construction project. Read Time is Everything now.
